Telluric White of Black

This wine is born from some of the five thousand four hundred vines, from the Masos del Tel·lúric or Xotxím, between La Portellada and Ràfels, a place surrounded by holm oak forests where nature and humans coexist harmoniously. We are in the heart of the Matarranya region, in Teruel. We harvest in a single day in September or October, by hand, in boxes and with utmost care in handling the grapes. We take on the legacy of the historical experience of Matarranya in vineyard care. As demonstrated by the toponym Tastavins. The wine, with organic certification, is made, produced, and bottled on the estate itself.

Tasting Note
Wine made from the Garnacha Tinta variety without maceration to obtain the product that you can now taste in your glass, a white wine that comes from a red grape. In the visual phase, it is a clear wine, almost breaking the glass, which helps to perceive the characteristics that follow. On the nose, it is a fruity and sweet wine, with notes of roasted apple and pineapple gummy combined with hints of alfalfa silage. On the palate, it shows marked flavors of lemon pear with a great sweet-acid balance and significant volume in the mouth. In terms of pairing, it is recommended to consume it with seafood, white meats, smoked foods, rice dishes, and of course in good company. Limited edition author wine of 400 bottles.
