Tel·lúric Pink

This wine is born from five thousand four hundred vines, mostly over 80 years old, from the Masos de Xotxim de Ràfels, a place where nature and man coexist harmoniously. We harvest in a single day in October, by hand and with great care in handling the grapes. For the rosé, we use only the free-run juice, macerated for very few hours in a stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes
In the visual phase, it is a clean pink wine with a slightly purplish rim. In the olfactory phase, we perceive aromas of strawberry gummy candy with hints of white fruits and stone fruit. On the palate, it is a very balanced wine, slightly sweet with flavors of fruit salad.

650m above sea level, from the estate of los Masos de Xotxim, in the region of Matarraña, in the municipality of Ráfales, Teruel.

Variety
Predominant Garnacha Negra from old vines, in which a small percentage of Garnacha Blanca and Muscatel is found.
