Tel·lúric Tinto Coupage

This wine is born from the five thousand four hundred vines of the Masos del Tel·lúric de Ràfels, a place where nature and humans coexist harmoniously. We harvest in a single day in September or October, by hand and with great care in handling the grapes. The wine, certified organic, is made, produced, and bottled on the estate itself.

Tasting Note
Red wine with a cherry color, bright, with a high layer and violet edges. On the nose, it is a complex wine with aromas of black fruits and a background of chocolate. On the palate, it is a spicy wine, long, with a medium structure, featuring flavors of black fruit jam, with mature and present tannins. It is recommended to pair it with red meats and grilled dishes, preferably enjoyed by the warmth of a fireplace.

Vineyards
At 650m above sea level, from the Masos del Tel·lúric (or Xotxim) estate, in the Matarraña region, in the municipality of Ràfels, Teruel.

Variety
Syrah and garnacha negra, from young vines.

Soil
Loamy / Clayey.
