Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our olive trees are Empeltres, a predominant variety of olive in Aragón, the Balearic Islands, and the Terra Alta region in Catalonia. Olive trees that belong to the D.O. Bajo Aragón. Most reborn from the great frost of 1957. The characteristics of the Oil of Bajo Aragón can be defined in three points: ASPECT; clean, with no signs of cloudiness or dirt; COLOR, with shades ranging from golden yellow to old gold; FLAVOR, smooth, fluid, and very pleasant in the mouth, with flavors reminiscent of the fragrance of the olive.

Tasting notes
On the nose, it is an oil with marked vegetal notes of freshly cut grass and hay, with a background of green banana. On the palate, it is an oil of delicate character with notes of olive leaf and a balanced relationship between bitter, spicy, and sweet.
